Allied Benefit Systems Built a Full Project Governance Platform, Giving Leadership 360-Degree Visibility

Allied Benefit Systems (Allied Benefit), the largest independent third-party insurance administrator in the US, was managing project intake and governance through a combination of manual tracking, siloed data, and disconnected tools. Tracking project statuses, sending reminders, and getting a clear picture of resource allocation were all time-consuming and error-prone.

Joget’s partner, Mokxa Technologies, deployed a Project Governance Solution on Joget in four weeks using a single developer, integrating with Allied Benefit’s existing stackv including Azure DevOps, Microsoft tools, and SQL Server. The result: a unified platform with 360-degree project visibility, automated approval workflows, executive dashboards, and built-in risk management — giving stakeholders the data they need to make better decisions, faster.

Challenges CHALLENGES

Bottlenecks, No Project Visibility

  • Tedious and time-consuming to keep track of project statuses, sending reminders, reports, etc.

  • Too many redundant tasks with too much potential for human errors.

  • Information silos making it difficult and cumbersome to extract data for analysis/decision-making.

  • Lack of oversight for managing potential roadblocks such as missed deadlines, inefficient resource allocations, breaking budgets, changes in critical path, etc.

  • Frequent bottlenecks and delays in project reviews, approvals and initiation process.

"The solution provides Allied Benefit Systems with a single source of truth for quick access to project details, progress reports, and all relevant data, built and deployed by one developer in four weeks."
