Automated, Audit-Ready Workflows

To modernize and streamline the PoA process, Resemble has helped the customer transition from
SharePoint to Joget.

This shift leveraged microservices and DevOps to improve system performance, automate
workflows, and enhance compliance measures. The implementation introduced automated
approval workflows, eliminating delays caused by manual processing and significantly reducing
errors. A workbasket was created, allowing stakeholders to track, assign, and manage tasks from a
single platform, improving collaboration and operational efficiency.

The system was further enhanced with the introduction of an Audit Review feature, improving
oversight and compliance, while an SMS Gateway integration via APIs provided timely notifications
for stakeholders. To support future scalability and smoother operations, the customer has plans to
perform API integration with the Broker system. This would streamline data exchange, reduce
operational dependencies on manual processes, and enhance end-to-end workflow automation.
