Very little technical knowledge was required to get started in Joget’s citizen development-friendly environment. After we learned how to create a workflow, adding new ones was trivial. Modifications to existing workflows can be made on the fly and go live immediately. There are endless possibilities limited only by an organization’s desire to explore. We are currently using Joget for our customized knowledge base, ticketing, and workflow functions.
