PT AEON Credit Service Indonesia, a subsidiary of the Japan-based AEON Financial Group, was managing departmental approvals across 23 different forms through a slow, manual, and paper-heavy process. SLA tracking was difficult, visibility was poor, and operational costs were high.

Joget’s partner, ITAsoft built a Workflow Management System on Joget in six months that handles all departmental approval flows, each with a minimum of seven workflow steps per user. The company can now process thousands of requests monthly with full SLA compliance, automated notifications, and significantly reduced paper consumption.
