The customer’s existing programs no longer met the company’s needs. This called for an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that could streamline procurement, production, inventory and product control, and supply management.
With a workforce of 50 employees, they faced challenges in managing AS 9100 and ISO standards (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, etc.). In this environment, a multitude of tracking files were being generated for each product, raw material, seller, and buyer, making it arduous to record, maintain, and provide comprehensive middle and upper-level management reports.
Inventory tracking relied on rudimentary methods, resulting in operational difficulties. The production process required separate tracking for manufacturing processes and shipped products. The previous operational structure, characterized by high employee workloads, was no longer adequate for a company of this stature.
