Manufacturing
A privately held business group in the Middle East, with more than 10,000 employees, created sales orders for metal fabrication and construction jobs in Oracle ERP, but nothing connected those orders to what happened next on the shop floor. Someone still had to manually release each work order, decide which department should handle it, and pass that along to the team. Departments set their own priority order for jobs in their queue, but with no shared system, that prioritization was invisible to anyone outside the department. A job then moved through production, printing, galvanizing, and delivery as separate physical stages, with no single place to check where it actually stood.
The group built a Manufacturing Process System on Joget, integrated with Oracle ERP, that picks up each sales order the moment it is created and releases the work order automatically, routing it to the right department by job type. Each department can set and adjust its own queue priority directly in the system, and every job is tracked stage by stage, from production through delivery, so its status is visible in one place. The build took about a year and now runs with 200 to 300 users across the departments involved. Work orders reach the right department without manual assignment, job status is visible without asking around, and the system has become the standard way this part of the business runs.

Sales orders flow from Oracle into the manufacturing process automatically, removing the need for manual handoff between the order system and the shop floor.
Work orders reach the right department without someone having to manually assign them each time.
Anyone checking the app can see which stage a job is at, including production, printing, galvanizing, or delivery — instead of having to ask the department handling it.
The system has been running long enough, and at large enough scale (200–300 users), to become the standard way this part of the business operates.
Upon implementation of the system, the client has effectively improved efficiency across departments, reduced manual processing, which resulted in significant time savings.
