He is the Co-founder, CEO and President of Mokxa Technologies, a Maryland-based global technology startup. Parminder leads the company’s effort in global operations, sales and expansion. His visionary leadership has positioned Mokxa Technologies as a trailblazer, providing proprietary innovative solutions for enterprise and technology strategy, consumer engagement, business process management, and custom software development for clients in the Asia, United States, Europe, Middle East and India. Parminder is also board member of Joget Inc., that serves over clients in over 150 countries with its GenAI application and integration fabric software that empowers enterprises to achieve digital transformation at speed and scale
Previously he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Information Officer at Chartered Health Plan where he was entrusted with leading a team of highly technical professionals and was responsible for the strategic direction and implementation of innovative technology and business enhancements.
Parminder’s career highlights also include an extensive tenure as the Vice President of Business Applications at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, the largest private health insurer in the Maryland, Washington DC, and northern Virginia region. During his time at CareFirst, he managed all aspects of IT strategic planning, overseeing a 400-person team and steering a $400M transformation effort. Parminder spearheaded transformative and award-winning initiatives such as Patient-Centered Medical Homes, significantly improving member care management efficiency and setting up state-of-the-art e-commerce systems.
Parminder holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from SRCC – Delhi University and a Strategy & Innovation certificate from MIT.
