George Chua George Chua is currently Chief Data Officer for QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd with a mandate to help QSR manage data as a strategic asset, enabling decision makers to discover, access, and use data in ways that create superior value for stakeholders.

Before QSR, George was Regional Head of Digital Marketing for SEEK Asia and is responsible for digital marketing strategy and execution across SEEK Asia's businesses in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. George's other prior roles include: Managing Director in Accenture Southeast Asia’s Marketing, Sales, & Service practice; Head of Data Science & Engineering at ADA Asia (a digital marketing agency jointly owned by Axiata Digital Services, Sumitomo Corporation, and SoftBank Group); Associate Partner at IBM's Global Center of Competence for Telecommunications, Media, and Entertainment; and Senior Vice President, Customer Management at Celcom Axiata Bhd.

Academically, George holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the British Computer Society and an MBA from James Cook University, Australia. He had also published two papers on image processing and graph analytics at international peer-review conferences.
