Shanghai Pharmaceuticals, a comprehensive medical supply chain company, was struggling to manage the procurement of scientific research reagents across hospitals due to inconsistent processes, lack of funding transparency, and a cumbersome multi-channel procurement flow. Each hospital had its own way of managing orders, and there was no master data system to align them. Valuprosys Technology built a Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management System on Joget that syncs with each hospital’s supply chain management system, providing full visibility into reagent funding, automating order settlement, and delivering a one-stop procurement and delivery workflow. The result: standardised pricing, better cost control, and stronger partnerships with hospital clients.
